We offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all RIXO tags still attached.
How do I care for my RIXO silk garments?
To maintain the longevity of our premium silk pieces, we recommend dry cleaning only or a very gentle hand wash with specialist silk detergent.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For customers in the UK and EU, taxes are included. For other international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no hidden costs upon delivery.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, we offer free exchanges for different sizes of the same style, subject to stock availability. Simply initiate an exchange through our online returns portal.
