We want you to love your RIXO pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RIXO swing tags and security ribbons remain intact.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
